The Solution — Sealed Marine Infrastructure:

Pressurised, sealed pods roughly the size of a shipping container, placed on the seabed in coastal waters. Power and fibre connect via subsea cable from shore; data flows exactly as from any land facility. Cooling is fully passive — a marine-safe, biodegradable, non-conductive fluid transfers heat through the hull to surrounding seawater. No fans, no chillers, no cooling towers, no refrigerants, no freshwater at any point.
